After the sale, we handle all pick-up and shipping logistics.
You’ll receive payment within 14 business days, with options for Check, ACH Transfer, or Digital Payments.

How does Boulder Auctions get paid for their services?

We provide a free consultation and work on commission from the net proceeds of the sale. Our commission rate is based on a sliding scale depending on the final value of the estate sale.

Is Boulder Auctions insured?

Yes, Boulder Auctions is fully insured. We take our responsibility seriously and have in place insurance coverage to protect our clients and our buyers.

What does Boulder Auctions do with the unsold items from a sale?

At Boulder Auctions, we’re proud to have an impressive sell-through rate of about 97%! However, there are almost always a few items left after a sale. For those remaining pieces, we offer a convenient drop-off service to multiple non-profit donation centers.

When & how do I get paid after my sale?

After a sale, we ensure prompt payment to our clients within 7-10 business days, offering flexible payment options including ACH transfers and checks by mail to suit your preference.

Yes, for an additional delivery fee we offer delivery of furniture, & larger items within a 50 mile radius of the sale.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, so make sure you’re happy with the item description and preview before you bid. If you have concerns after the sale, give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do.
